Title Insurance Claim

This was a case where our client provided funds as a lender to a person who forged documents as an owner of a home in Orange County. Once we found out it was fraud, we made the title insurance claim on behalf of your client and the title insurance company denied coverage. After over a year of litigation we established that our client was one of the victims of this fraud and he was provided full amount of his coverage.‍

Breach of contract - sued for $20M, settled for $20k anti-SLAPP against HOA Our client was being sued by her HOA for $20,000,000 for defamation for writing bad things about the HOA on multiple websites. We argued that this was her first amendment right and they cannot prevent from expressing her opinions, as its her right to freedom of speech. So we filed and anti-SLAPP and were awarded.
