Gianna Rivera

Gianna has been an invaluable member of our team since October 2023, where she supports the firm’s attorneys in a variety of litigation, real estate, and transactional matters. She assists with case management, discovery, document preparation, client communications, and other aspects of a matter from inception through resolution. Gianna takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and providing attentive, dependable support throughout the legal process.

Gianna graduated from San Diego State University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies, with an emphasis in law, psychology, and sociology. She later completed the ABA-approved Paralegal Program at the University of San Diego School of Law and obtained her Paralegal Certificate. Continuing her pursuit of a career in the legal field, Gianna plans to attend law school beginning in the Fall of 2027 with the goal of becoming an attorney. Her academic background and experience in the legal field have strengthened her interest in the intersection of law, human behavior, and the practical issues clients face.

Originally drawn to the legal profession through an interest in criminal law and advocacy, Gianna’s experience with the firm has broadened her interests to include real estate, civil litigation, and transactional law. She brings an organized, proactive, and client-focused approach to her work and enjoys being part of the process of helping clients navigate complex legal matters.

Outside of the office, Gianna is always on the go – whether she’s planning her next trip, spending time with friends and family, or being kept thoroughly entertained by her English bulldogs and cats. When she isn’t working, she’s usually finding something new to do, somewhere new to go, or another reason to get everyone together.
