Mr. Khashayar brings a unique perspective and extensive experience in the courtroom to the firm. He has effectively handled countless civil trials, and has argued successfully to benefit his clients, in Superior Courts, Federal Court, as well as Court of Appeals.

Mr. Khashayar has represented and successfully litigated complex trials with Malpractice, Patent issues, breach of contract, as well as tort claims, against big corporations and insurance companies, including Century 21, KB Homes, Wal-Mart, First American Title Co., Progressive, Lloyds of London, Geico Insurance, and Costco. Furthermore, he has effectively represented major lenders, brokers, mortgage companies, and local small to median-sized businesses in the region.

Mr. Khashayar is an aggressive and creative litigator, with a steadfast focus on achieving his clients’ goals. Although experienced in representing large companies, he also assists small to medium businesses, and Corporations. He represents his clients in complex business transactional, and litigation issues as well as related insurance coverage, and liabilities issues. Mr. Khashayar provides over 19 years of complex litigation experience, and trial & appeal practice. He is a trial lawyer who represents plaintiffs and defendants in business, real property, and Corporate, Partnership and any Business litigations. He has obtained favorable results in all types of civil & criminal cases, some of which include Partnerships, Real Estate, Trade Secrets, Unfair Business Practices, Fraud, Breach of Contract, and Corporate issues.

Mr. Khashayar considers it his ethical duty to zealously represent his clients through the highest quality of service. He has concluded hundreds of cases, and has recovered over a hundred and fifty million of dollars for his clients, through or via settlements, judgments, awards, and verdicts, as well as multiple victories in front of the Appellate court of California, obtaining major reversals for his clients. Mr. Khashayar has also obtained numerous defense verdicts, and favorable defense settlements for defendant clients such as a case where his client was being sued for $20 Million, and he settled it for only $12,000.00.

Mr. Khashayar has received the largest jury verdict on a single case (non-class action in 2016) in San Diego ($61,587,000.00).
