Arian Moshfegh

Arian Moshfegh brings a strong commitment to advocacy, organization, and client service to his role as a Law Clerk at Khashayar Law Group. Arian graduated from California Western School of Law in May 2026 and recently sat for the California Bar Examination. His legal education and practical experience have helped him develop a strong foundation in legal research, writing, case management, and the day-to-day demands of a fast-paced law practice.

During law school, Arian developed a particular interest in advocacy and alternative dispute resolution. In 2025, he competed as a member of California Western School of Law's Alternative Dispute Resolution advocacy team, where he advanced to the regional finals. The experience strengthened his negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills while reinforcing the importance of preparation and strategic advocacy.

In his role at Khashayar Law Group, Arian assists with organizing critical case deadlines, coordinating record requests, managing inter-office communications, and supporting attorneys throughout various stages of litigation. His attention to detail and organizational skills help ensure that matters continue moving forward efficiently and that important deadlines and case-related tasks are properly addressed.

Outside of the office, Arian is an avid football fan and enjoys keeping up with the sport whenever he gets the chance.
