Angela Ness

Angela Ness is an associate attorney at Khashayar Law Group and a junior partner at LOKK Legal. Her practice centered on business and real estate transactions and litigation. Angela advises business owners and investors on a wide array of issues such as corporate governance, purchases and sales, mergers and acquisitions, industry compliance, financing, and overall business strategy. She also advises her business clients and other individuals, whether developers, buyers, sellers, lessors or lessees, in all aspects of their commercial and residential real estate transactions and disputes. These include negotiations, purchase and sale contracts, commercial and residential leases, financing, escrow, boundary disputes, construction defects, homeowner’s association disputes, and title issues.

Prior to joining LOKK Legal, Angela was a civil litigator in San Diego. Her litigation experience provides her unique insight into how to prevent business owners from ending up in a costly legal dispute down the road and how to preserve and protect one’s rights through precise contract drafting. She is committed to establishing a solid legal framework for her clients’ businesses so they can focus on the growth of their companies.

Angela is originally from the Midwest and earned her B.A. from University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She attended law school at California Western School of Law in San Diego, where she was President of the Business Law Society and achieved honors in the areas of business law and copyright law.
